We, at Girl Gone Fermented, are locally owned and operated in Shelbyville Tennessee. Our Products can be shipped. Deliveries outside of Shelbyville (50 miles) are an added $15. Pick up is always free. These selections can be made at check out.

Our freshness is guaranteed!

Here at GGF, we do not have inventory, there will be occasions where we have remaining items from canceled orders or items not sold at a farmers' market that will be offered at a discounted price.  Outside of those occasions EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER because there is nothing like a freshly oven baked bread!

How to order our breads and pastries:

Add your selections to your cart and pick how you would like to receive your order. orders are mailed by PRIORITY SHIPPING and have a 3 to 5 days delivery time. Orders shipping outside of Tennessee will be frozen to preserve freshness. 

How to pay for items: 

All payments are processed through PayPal which offers debit/credit options. if you are local to Shelbyville or would like to travel to Shelbyville to pick up choose the "pay at pick up" option at checkout.

 

 

How long will it take to receive your order: 

We at Girl Gone Fermented are open AND baking MONDAY THRU THURSDAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS*, with FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BEING PICK UP ONLY! orders need to be submitted by Friday morning as we prepare for our baking week on Fridays, no orders will be baked Friday, Saturday or Sunday**. Orders will be fulfilled and ready for pick up 72 hours after order is placed***

*FULLFILLMENT DAY WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN ORDER IS PLACED.

**ORDERS PLACED ON A SATURDSY OR SUNDAY WILL BE STARTED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. 

*** OUR STARTER IS FED PER THE NUMBER OF ORDERS RECIEVED THIS PROCESS TAKES ABOUT 12 HOURS(24 HOURS DURING THE WINTER MONTHS) UNTIL THE STARTER IS READY TO BE BAKED WITH, DOUGH BULKS FOR 8 HOURS AND THEN COLD PROOFS OVER NIGHT. THIS IS WHY THERE IS A 72 HOUR WAIT FOR BREADS, AND PASTRIES.

Customers that choose "Pay At Pick Up" 

It takes 8-12 hours (24 hours during the winter months) to prepare and bake and because we take pride in our freshness guarantee (see above), you are given a time of pick up. If your order is not picked up within 24 hours from the emailed time of pick up your order will no longer be available. We also offer free delivery within Shelbyville to help combat the cancelation of orders.
